How often should I clean my windows?
We suggest at least twice a year. As you know our weather here in Colorado can be intense at times. Dust, pollen, pollutants, bird stains, etc... can take a toll on windows. Regular cleanings reduce the risk of harmful deposits that can damage glass over time.

How often should I pressure wash the exterior of my home?
Every year or two. As I stated above, dust, pollen, pollutants and cob webs can build up on your homes exterior as well.  Keeping the exterior of your home clean can do more than just make your house more appealing. It can also increase its value and extend the life of the products used to cover the outside of your home.

How much time will it take to clean my windows?
Anywhere from two to four hours. Depending on the size of your home, we will send out a crew of two or more.

How much does the rain affect clean windows?
Not as much as you may think. Since all of the dirt, pollutants, pollens, bird or insect stains that were once on your windows are no longer present, rain drops have little to cling to. Windows may spot a little but it will take time for dirt and pollutants to build up again.

What should I do to prepare for window cleaning?
Please remove any breakables and knickknacks from sills and surrounding areas. We will move and replace any furniture that is in our way of getting to your windows.

Why do my windows look foggy?
Your foggy appearance is not a problem of cleanliness. Insulated or double-paned glass is composed of many sealing agents which in time begin to degrade and breakdown. Consequently condensation begins to develop between the panes resulting in a foggy appearance. Contact us and we will get you in touch with someone who can repair this problem without replacing your whole window.

Will cleaning damage my 3M tint?
No, wo do not use any harsh chemicals for cleaning interior windows. Please let us know in advance so we do not use blades on those windows.
